All products are sold subject to availability.We will wherever possible meet your ordering requirements.If a product is unavailable we will contact you, and wherever possible offer an alternative line at a similar price.All goods supplied remain the property of Lescaro Health and Beauty until such time as they have been paid for.If an incorrect item is despatched to you, the error must be communicated to Lescaro Health and Beauty either by fax or e mail within 72 hours of receipt of goods.We will, where the fault lies with us bear the cost of a replacement, and that of the item(s) to be returned to us. All products are despatched by us in good condition.However, in an instance of damage in transit we will replace the affected item(s) free of charge.Wherever possible we would like a photograph of the damaged article(s), to allow us to claim from our carriers .In cases of product dissatisfaction we will require the recipient to return the item(s) in the first instance to Lescaro Health and Beauty.We will investigate the nature of the complaint, and if found to be justified we will offer a full refund including cost of returning product to us. In matters affecting the previous two situations the customer should contact Lescaro Health and Beauty either by telephone or email immediately. Lescaro Health and Beauty are entitled to withold supply in the event of their being an outstanding amount owing outside of our terms and conditions of trading.

TRADING TERMS: Lescaro Health and Beauty reserves the right to decline to make a trading arrangement with any non bona-fide business.For approved trade customers we would normally offer a thirty day credit period facility.We reserve the right to charge interest at base rate plus 2% on any outstanding amounts owing after forty days from date of invoice. New Wholesale customers will be required to provide a suitable reference confirming their ability to meet the funds required to service their credit limit agreed with Lescaro Health and Beauty.New trade customers will be required to pay 50% of their first order in advance of delivery.A pro-forma invoice will be raised for the amount in question. Bona-fide Wholesale customers will be entitled to the relevant wholesale pricing as issued by Lescaro Health and Beauty.Likewise,bona-fide retail and salon business will be entitled to the appropriate trade pricing at the time of ordering. Promotional offers will be made periodically, but are subject to availability. Changes to current pricing will be made in writing giving at least 14 days notice before enactment to all all bona-fide Wholesale and Trade customers.
