All supply arrangements entered into with Lescaro Health Ltd. are on the basis of our Standard Trading Terms and Conditions; a copy of which will be emailed upon request. We endeavour to meet customer order requirements 100% of the time, but cannot guarantee this service level when an order is placed. We also do not operate a to follow process for out of stock lines, they must be re-ordered.

Trade customers who are supplied on an account basis are subject to our credit terms of trading, unless otherwise agreed with us. We may, where we deem appropriate, only trade on a pro-forma basis, or cash with order.

For purchases of product made through either our honey2u website, or our eBay shop, all goods must be paid for prior to shipping to the delivery address.
