Any products purchased from us which are received damaged, or not as ordered, should be returned in a suitable form of packaging to the undermentioned address.

We will offer a full refund, including return postage, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000; including a seven-day cooling off period, starting from the day after you bought the goods. Our liability extends to notification of such matters within fourteen days of the receipt of our goods.
